80 to 85% of our customers get to go home at the end of the day. The remainder take longer usually due to the amount of work and or parts not being readily available.

We can estimate some jobs without seeing your car. We pride ourselves on the accuracy of our estimates but are only able to provide you with a detailed estimate after evaluating your vehicle.

If your vehicle's problem can be determined by visual identification or during an initial road test, the answer is no. If disassembly or certain test procedures are required, the answer is yes.

Yes! Within a 10 mile range from our shop. Please, if you can, let us know that you will be needing a ride in advance.

8:30 am to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We're closed Saturday and Sunday. Early bird and night owl service is available.

Yes we do. We also use after market parts of equal quality when we can save you money and not compromise quality. We will gladly use OEM parts exclusively if you request.

Yes, whenever it makes sense, especially regarding starters, alternators, generators, engines and transmissions.

Yes, we use a 24 hour towing service.

All repairs covered under your vehicle's new car warranty must be performed by the dealer if you want the expense paid for by the manufacturer. Any and all "customer pay" services recommended by the manufacturer, on the other hand, can be performed by any repair facility without consequence of voiding your warranty.
